Vinification traditional red-wine vinification process, grapes destemming, slow alcoholic fermentation with long maceration on the skins. Drawing off and malolactic fermentation. Ageing in oak barrels for 3 years.

Color Garnet red with orange reflections
Aroma Intense, rich, ethereal with exceptional harmony and balance. Spicy notes and hints of vanilla perfectly melt with cinnamon, rose and licorice notes.
Taste great in structure, velvety, austere and balanced. Long finish with complex sensations.
